MEDICAL TOURISM TODAY IN MEXICO/ September 10th, 2010

International Patient Facilitators are the leaders in Patient Facilitation in Cancun, Mexico.  The idea of traveling for medical services is nothing new to Mexico but recently in the tourist town of Cancun Mexico, International Patient Facilitators is the “new face of tourism” in Cancun.

The Medical Facilitation Company, International Patient Facilitators, began bringing Americans and Canadians 3 years ago to Cancun for the specific reason of traveling for Cosmetic Surgery in Cancun.  They then branched out very quickly into Bariatric Procedures in Cancun which includes, Lap Band, Gastric Sleeve, IntraGastric Balloon, Mini Gastric Bypass, and Full Gastric Bypass procedures.  The Dental Program in Cancun was quick to follow and they now have a very organized, well structured program that offers JCI accredited hospitals in the heart of the luxurious Cancun.  Patients feel safe, well cared for and are amazed at the details and organization.

International Patient Facilitators may have started in Cancun but they grew during the first year into Tijuana, Mexico which is now considered the number one destination for Medical Tourism in the World.  In Tijuana they organize every detail that goes into having a cosmetic, weight loss or dental procedure.

International Patient Facilitators works together with American and Canadian Facilitators that are “on staff” in both Cancun and Tijuana.  Their job is to provide each patient with the tools that they need to make a well informed/ educated decision to have their medical procedures performed in either Cancun or Tijuana.  Each patient is given the time and attention that they require and the language barrier is not an issue.  Each person on the International Patient Facilitator team speaks perfect english as well as spanish.
